Bridal Store Manager

We are currently recruiting a Store Manager for our Austin store who will be responsible for delivering a unique shopping experience aligned to Pronovias standards, ensuring the achievement of your sales goals.
Funciones y Responsabilidades:
- Based on the P&L defined by Corporate, define the monthly and annual store strategy (sales, staff and stock) to ensure the sales and profitability targets of the business unit.
- Report to the Area Manager on the evolution of the store to provide updated information to facilitate decision making.
- Oversee the planning of the daily schedule of appointments, tests and tasks to be performed ensuring the organization of activities in terms of human and material resources, ensuring customer satisfaction and the operational success of the store.
- Management of store stock and monitoring of the results of the inventories carried out, in order to achieve the minimization of shrinkage, as well as to expand or adjust orders according to demands.
- Organize and supervise the after-sales (fitting, delivery, ironing and alterations) of the different dresses ensuring the success of the scheduled fittings and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the customer advice by offering a professional treatment in the choice of the product and acting as a consultant.
- Ensure a global store image following the company's internal policy.
- Organize and supervise the store team by setting and monitoring individual and group objectives, in order to ensure an excellence-oriented service adapted to the Pronovias sales cycle.
- Manage and optimize the team's schedules, adapting them to the needs of the business.
- Regularly inform and share with the team everything that affects the operation of the point of sale (products, prices, computer system, etc.) to ensure the proper development of the activity.
- Attract and select the best talent for Pronovias.
- Accompany and motivate the team during their experience at Pronovias, ensuring that they demonstrate the highest professional excellence.
- Coordinate and implement the different projects and development plans for the team, recognizing and promoting their growth in the company.
- Promote an appropriate work environment and manage problems and conflicts that may arise in a professional and impartial manner.
We are looking for a person with a consolidated experience in point of sale management in premium or luxury fashion brands, being highly valued the knowledge of the bridal/occasionwear sector.It is also essential that you are a positive person, passionate about providing excellent service to our customers, goal oriented, with teamwork and problem solving skills.If you meet these requirements and would like to work at Pronovias, we would be delighted to meet you.
