We are currently looking for a talented Digital Performance Specialist to join our Marketing Team.

Role & responsibilities:

Collaborating daily with our Paid Media agency, your main tasks will be:

• Plan & overview digital marketing campaigns, including Paid search (SEA), Paid social, Display, Remarketing and other advertising channels.

• Analyse and report performance of these campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience & conversion funnels.

• Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.

• Analyse results on Creativity performance and set the right actions for CTR optimization.

• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests

• Work closely with the Sales team to optimize campaigns and to achieve sales objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor´s degree or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.

• Around 3 years of working experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist.

• Demonstrable experience on Paid Media, Creativities performance.

• Good experience in identifying target audiences and creating right CTAs to push on performance.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics & Microsoft Excel.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
