We are currently looking for a talented Retail Controlling Trainee to join our finance Team.

Role & responsibilities:

• Analyze the productivity of the tailoring team and flag any workload alerts.
• Assist in reviewing the performance of promotional campaigns and their impact on sales.
• Help prepare discount reports and analyze store performance.
• Provide assitance in the weekly review of the retail KPIs.
• Support in reviewing store P&L statements and preparing monthly sales targets for the retail team.

Requirements:

• Currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or financial reporting.
• High level of English.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Availability to start in mid-September.
