We are currently looking for a talented lawyer to join our Legal Team, with more than 3 years PQE preferably in a law firm.

Role & responsibilities:

• Review and drafting of a wide range of commercial agreements related to the business, including agency, franchise, distribution, supply (goods and services), licensing, service, marketing, confidentiality agreements, etc.
• Experience in Spanish corporate law, including drafting and preparation of corporate documents and coordination with Notaries and the Commercial Registry, as well as coordination of corporate matters in other jurisdictions with local counsel.
• Assistance with real estate matters, including lease agreements and negotiations with landlords.
• Monitor privacy regulation and ensure the Company’s compliance with GDPR requirements.
• Support in compliance, governance, and ESG matters.
• Support in regulatory and consumer law matters, including mandatory consumer information, terms and conditions, and responses to pre-litigation claims.
• Coordination and follow-up of litigation matters with external counsel.
• Document management and filing within the Legal Department.
• Supervision and mentoring of a junior team member within the Legal Department.

Requirements:

• Counsel qualified to practice in Spain with 3+ years of PQE, preferably with prior law firm experience.
• Professional command of Spanish and English; knowledge of any additional European language will be an asset (preferably Italian).
• Highly organised, meticulous, and diligent, with strong attention to detail.
• A team player, able to work effectively and collaboratively across the team, while also handling tasks with autonomy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in handling complex legal issues.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to take ownership of projects.
• Business-oriented mindset, with the ability to align legal advice with the Company’s objectives.
